John's shop is a solid family run garage in downtown Ipswich. To get right to the point: I won't go anywhere else since I saw all the rave reviews for them and then brought mine and my wife's Jeeps there. John and Chris know their craft and are excellent mechanics. They tell you what the issue is, what they can do, options, prices and they get it done. They are very accommodating, friendly, and there is no BS here, just excellent high quality work. Just fantastic!
I love this place. It is the best. And by the way I'm the owners sun Christian my dads name is John Gianakakis he is the best. I help him too so u might see me her so if u do say hi too me. His Service is the best he comes it first place every time.

I just moved to Ipswich and was in need of new tires. I randomly took a chance by walking into John’s shop to inquire about new tires. John stopped what he was doing to assist and provided me with several options and personal recommendations to best fit my needs and budget. The most impressive part was how he went above and beyond to complete my car early in the A.M. despite my scheduling mishap. The same week, I also had my routine maintenance scheduled at my Volvo dealership. They offered to price match my tires, but after the authentic & friendly service I received at John’s shop, it was a no brainer for me who I’d rather give my money to. John’s Auto can already consider me a longtime customer. Service like this (especially auto service) is extremely rare these days and John sets the bar high!
I’m new to town and have been here twice for an oil change. They have helped me with some small problems with my car and pointed out some upcoming issues that I’ll certainly go back for. Really nice hard working people that I trust!
