Called today...was told AGAIN they don't accept my insurance for my daughter.
Find another location or doctor. Staff is easily frustrated by questions, which you have a right to ask. Dr. Pinto made a lot of referrals, but provided no information to those referrals - there is a general lack of cohesiveness. All responsibility is on the patient. Minor oversights such as sending me over an hour away to get blood drawn - why? No reason. It's on me to get on the phone and figure out where I need to go to get tests. It was on me to find another referral when the first one was terrible. If your primary can't do this, why have one???
