Nice guy, but... the service not so good. Left my bike there and end up taking it back before the service was done. Initially 3 weeks lead time, than another week, and after he still hadn't touch the bike.
I would not suggest going here. I wish i could pick no stars. I've never had a positve experience here.

Not terrible for tune ups and repair but it does not have a great selection of gear
No heads up on the delay or apologies when I went to get the bike. It lost my business... I recommend Western Cycle in Danvers instead of this place.
A hidden gem in the center of Ipswich. Chris is super knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm glad to have found his shop - I have a new lbs.
Also, beware of the hours. 9 AM doesn't actually mean it's going to be open at 9.
Been in there a couple of times and Chris was really great to talk to, recommending places to ride and giving me tips on maintenance on my "new" mt. bike. He also helped out with the suspension settings on my front fork and rear shock... happy to have this place in Ipswich.
