The staff at this Santander Bank is extremely unfriendly and they make you feel as if they are doing you a favor to do their jobs. I banked at a Santander in another town, and the staff was great - welcoming and friendly. I've been going to this one for a year and a half, and there hasn't been one time when I have been treated in a friendly manner!
